What we're building
Goalscape is the intent engineering platform — organisational intent made machine-actionable. Founded 2009 in Kiel, Germany; US-patented visual hierarchy for goal management; seventeen years of compound product wisdom. Today's customers include Volkswagen, TotalEnergies, multiple government agencies, education organisations, and enterprise deployments — alongside thousands of individuals and SMEs worldwide.
With Goalscape Flow — our EU-funded R&D programme — we're building the AI substrate: local LLM topology, MCP wiring, ingestion at production quality, evaluation rigour.

How we work
Small team, wide scope — everyone's fingerprints are on the product. Written-first culture: ADRs and design docs over meetings. Direct communication, and honesty about trade-offs in both directions. Home-office friendly, with Kiel preferred for the occasional day in person.
When we do hire
Rarely, and deliberately. When a role does open it tends to be senior and broad — someone who can own a domain end to end rather than a narrow slice of one. If that sounds like you, there's no reason to wait for a posting to appear.
