Color-coding is the best way to show associations between goals: it’s visual and very direct. For absolute clarity about what each color actually means, add labels to your goal colors – labeled colors and their meanings appear in a Legend at the foot of the screen.
This is especially valuable in shared goalscapes: everyone can immediately see the meaning of each color, which improves understanding and communication.
You can also filter your goals by color in the Focus panel.
